Started in a training room, built on real results
North Spark began in 2014, when our founder Rosa Vale noticed that the teams she trained remembered the exercises long after they had forgotten the slides.
Since then we have kept the same approach: short, clear teaching, followed by hands-on work on each team’s own plans, data and messages.
