The short version of how bookings, refunds and your information work. North Spark is fictional and this is a demonstration site.

Booking terms
Your place is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference.
- The price is S$149 per person, including tax.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Workshop dates and joining details are sent by email.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations
Cancel up to 14 days before the workshop for a full refund. After that, you can transfer your place to a colleague at no cost.
If we cancel a workshop, we refund you in full.
Privacy
How we handle your information
When you book, we keep your name, email, booking reference, payment status and the Stripe payment ID. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
We use this information only to manage your booking and contact you about it.
If a booking is not completed, we delete your name and email after 30 days.
